Here in the great State of Oregon all companies involved with landscape construction, planting, and irrigation installation are required to have an LCB license number.

The State created a Landscape Contractor’s Board (LCB) to look after all things pertaining to landscaping services.

The State also has a Construction Contractor’s Board (CCB) which is a much larger entity dealing with many different trades and businesses.

The main purpose of these government agencies is to protect you the consumer.
